Custom Product Notice
Please note that all our business cards are custom-made products created specifically for you based on your approved designs and specifications. As such, standard return policies for retail goods do not apply. However, we will address any quality issues or errors on our part.
When Returns and Refunds Are Accepted
Production Errors
We will provide a full refund or reprint if:
- We printed your cards incorrectly (different from approved proof)
- There are printing defects or quality issues
- Wrong quantity was delivered
- Wrong materials or finishes were used
- Cards are damaged during production or shipping
Shipping Errors
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will either:
- Reprint and reship your order at no charge, or
- Provide a full refund
When Returns and Refunds Are NOT Accepted
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:
- You approved the proof with errors that appear in the final product
- You are dissatisfied with color variations within normal printing tolerances
- You changed your mind about the design after approval
- You no longer need the cards for any reason
- Minor variations that are within industry standards
- Disagreements about subjective design preferences
How to Report an Issue
Step 1: Contact Us Immediately
If you receive defective or incorrect products, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
Step 2: Provide Documentation
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Detailed description of the problem
- Quantity affected
Step 3: Resolution
Our customer service team will review your claim within 2 business days and propose a solution, which may include:
- Full reprint at no charge
- Partial reprint for affected portion
- Full refund
- Partial refund or credit
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
Reprint Process
If a reprint is approved:
- New production begins immediately
- Reprints follow standard production timelines
- Express options available for urgent needs (may incur additional fees)
- Shipping is free for error-based reprints
Pre-Production Cancellations
Before Proof Approval
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before you approve the final proof.
After Proof Approval
Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately and the order cannot be cancelled. This is because:
- Materials are allocated to your order
- Dies may be created for custom shapes
- Production resources are committed
Special Considerations
Custom Die-Cutting
Fees for creating custom cutting dies are non-refundable once the die is created, as this is a permanent tool made specifically for your design.
Express Service
Express service fees are non-refundable as they represent priority processing and resource allocation.
Design Services
If you use our design services and approve the design, design fees are non-refundable.
Color Matching Policy
While we strive for color accuracy:
- Slight color variations are normal in printing
- Monitor displays may differ from printed colors
- Different materials may affect color appearance
- We use industry-standard color matching processes
Minor color variations within industry standards do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
Proof Approval Responsibility
By approving a proof, you confirm that:
- All text and information is correct
- Images and logos are positioned correctly
- Colors are acceptable (understanding normal printing variations)
- Size and specifications are correct
We cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our decision regarding a return or refund claim:
- Request escalation to a supervisor
- Provide additional documentation if available
- We will review the case thoroughly and provide a final decision
