1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Zodmarixthun.world ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide premium business card printing services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom shaped business cards
  • Premium material options
  • Special finishing techniques (foil stamping, embossing)
  • Thermal printing services
  • Express and standard delivery options

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed through our website contact form, email, or phone. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your order quote before production begins.

3.3 Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity is 10 business cards, except for express services which require a minimum of 50 cards.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors

5. Design and Artwork

5.1 File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files or working with our design team to create appropriate designs. We will provide specifications for file formats and requirements.

5.2 Proof Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy in text, images, colors, and specifications.

5.3 Customer Responsibility

Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

6. Production and Delivery

6.1 Production Timeline

  • Express Service: 1 hour (minimum 50 cards, standard materials only)
  • Standard Service: 3-5 business days
  • Premium Service: 7-10 business days
  • Custom Projects: Timeline provided in quote

6.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive defective products due to our error, we will:

  • Reprint the order at no charge, or
  • Provide a full refund for the defective portion

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund
  • After proof approval, orders cannot be cancelled as production has begun
  • Custom die-cutting fees are non-refundable after die creation
  • Express service fees are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Customer Content

You retain ownership of all designs, logos, and content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

9.2 Customer Warranties

You warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all content you provide
  • Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Your content does not violate any laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • We are not liable for delays, business losses, or lost opportunities

11. Color Accuracy

While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur between digital proofs and printed products due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and materials. We cannot guarantee exact color matching.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all customer information and designs as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, equipment failures, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Suomi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kokkola, Suomi.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
